Project Overview
The Smart Arcade Games Management Platform was developed as a complete embedded solution for modern arcade and entertainment centers.
The platform replaces traditional coin-operated systems with an intelligent NFC-based cashless payment solution. Players use rechargeable NFC cards to access games, while the controller automatically validates credits, deducts points, starts gameplay, tracks time and scores, and communicates with a centralized management system.
Designed around a custom ESP32-based controller, the platform integrates payment processing, game control, user interaction, and real-time monitoring into a reliable industrial solution suitable for malls, family entertainment centers, and amusement parks.
